Files that belong to a person, a deal or a company — with a bin and a trail.

Documents is Remven’s file layer: contracts on an employee, a quotation PDF on a deal, a policy on the company. Files are not a parallel Drive. They have a home on a record, a quarantine path, and access that follows the same roles as the rest of the product.

What you can do

   On the record they describe

   You find a contract on the employee, not in a folder named “HR 2024 final FINAL”.

2. 02

   The same access model

   If you cannot see the employee, you cannot see their files. Documents does not punch a hole in Roles & Access.

3. 03

   Bin and quarantine

   Deletes are recoverable. Dangerous files can be held. That is operations, not a hope.
