Payroll closes the month on the same employees, attendance and leave as the rest of HR. Allowances, deductions and payslips are records, not a sidecar spreadsheet. Local rules belong in the run, not in a consultant’s head.

   The employee record is the input. You do not retype names and bank details into a second system to pay them.

   Hours, overtime and unpaid days are already on Remven. Payroll reads them instead of asking the team to recast them.

   Each run produces a slip the employee can read, in the language they work in, with an audit of who approved it.
