Tasks, milestones and progress a client can be shown without a status meeting first.

Projects is delivery: the work after a deal is won or a job is scoped. Tasks have owners and dates; milestones are what you promised. Time from Timesheets hangs on the same project, so billing is not a reconstruction.

   What “done” means is a date and a result, visible to the people who need to see it.
