Helpdesk

Tickets, SLAs and a portal — so a customer is not waiting in someone’s personal inbox.

Helpdesk is service as a queue. A ticket has a customer, a clock, and a person who owns it. SLAs are rules, not posters. The portal is how the customer sees progress without calling the agent who happens to have the thread.

What you can do

  1. 01

    A ticket is a record

Subject, customer, status and the thread live on Remven. They survive the agent going on leave.

  2. 02

    SLA as a clock

When it is late, it is late. Escalation is a path, not a raised voice.

  3. 03

    The same contacts as sales

A ticket opens on a company CRM already knows. History is shared; blame is optional.
